Cooking Class at Mangia Bistro

Just in time for fall gatherings and holiday celebrations, learn how to prepare a classical Charcuterie Board with Chef Artur. Observe as he arranges the visual elements of the board based upon food shapes, color, crunch and spice. Learn from his culinary expertise in balancing flavors and textures. You will also discover design and layout techniques in building an epic board. Active class participation is encouraged!
At the end of the session, we will break into groups of 3 for fun competition. Chef Artur will provide all supplies and ingredients. Each group will plan, organize and create a Charcuterie Board. The winning team (as chosen by the Hospitality Committee) will each receive a bottle of wine.
The price also includes 1 free glass of wine and 4 hot appetizers: Fried Ravioli, Meatballs in Sauce, Mussels and Eggplant Parmesan

ICD Bookclub
Come join the Italian Literature Book Club. Offering both English and Italian language books. The club meets once a month and explores different contemporary literature types and genres in both long-form and short-form readings.
